Drop-In Workouts

These classes are offered in a virtual/studio hybrid. Enjoy your workout from the comfort of your own space, or join me + a few classmates in studio. Check out the class descriptions + schedule below.

Classes are open to all levels and run on a drop-in basis.

  • Join us live via Zoom, or choose to access the workout at a time that works better for you, with 48 hours of class recording access.

  • $12.50 per class. Tax in.

    $10.41 per class with a “Buy 5 Get 1” package deal. Tax in.

    These classes are run on a drop-in basis: no weekly or monthly commitment required.

  • Participants microphones + cameras are disabled for class, so you can work up your sweat in privacy.

    You’ll see + hear me the whole time.

Virtual Sweat

  • Come on in for class, + soak up the energy of your teammates working hard beside you.

    Our studio is located at 650 Colborne, here in London Ontario.

  • $18/class | $15/class with “Buy 5 Get 1”package deal. Tax in.

  • Get movement corrections + enjoy full use of studio equipment as I guide both our studio crew + virtual crew through the workout.

    Note: you may be seen on screen by the folks doing their workout at home. If you prefer to be entirely out of frame, just let me know on your way in.

Studio Sweat

MONDAYS: Strength

Working to get stronger? Like lifting weights? Us too! This fan-fave class is an hour focused on resistance training, and a great opportunity to fine tune your movement patterns. You’ll need DBs.

  • Class is live on Mondays at 5pm.

  • Recording available for 48 hours.

WEDNESDAYS: H.I.I.T.

High output. Quick movements.The bringer of all sweat.This workout is a tough, but oh-so-rewarding hour of high intensity intervals.Don’t let the tough label scare you away: all levels are welcome!

  • Class is live on Wednesdays at 5pm.

  • Recording available for 48 hours.

FRIDAYS: Full Body Mix

*In-studio only. No virtual option.

A high energy mix of strength, high output, + core work! We’ll use training tools like sleds, med balls, + ropes. A great crew, a fun sweat. Soak up these ‘it’s-almost-the-weekend’ vibes.

  • Class is live in studio on Fridays at 6pm

SATURDAYS: Sweat + Stretch

*Online only. No in-studio option.

Breathe. Stretch. Move. Relax. This hour features a few short rounds of bodyweight exercise before moving into restorative work. A gentle way to greet the day

  • Class is live (virtual only) on Saturdays at 10am

  • Recording available for 48 hours.
