Lady Lifts

Strong women, comin’ through.

We’re giving a much better definition to the term “lady-like”. Strength is the name of the game in this class: women empowering themselves and each other to improve all parts of their lives through fitness.

Build stronger muscles, bones, resilience, confidence, immunity, connections.

  • These ladies know how to start the week off right! This is an ideal class for women wanting to learn - or re-learn - how to properly strength train. Build confidence with your movement patterns, increase your know-how on the gym floor, and begin your journey of building a stronger body + mind.

  • Big energy. Big lifts. Big Magic.These ladies have been around the fitness block a few times, so you’ll need significant experience with movements like deadlifts, squats, bench press. If you haven’t learned these before but have interest in this group, reach out; let’s find an opportunity for you to learn.

  • Get in here for some high energy strength work! This group knows how to work hard and play hard, and they bring big personality to their mid-week sweat. You’ll need to have some experience with lifting weights.

    This group is currently full.

    • These groups trains 1 x week and relaunches at the start of each month.

    • Once established in this group, your spot here remains yours until you no longer wish to keep it, or until 1 month has passed without your participation.

    • Sessions are $30 tax in, and you’ll pay at the start of each month. Should there be a class you know ahead of time you cannot make, deduct it from your monthly registration fee.

    • If you miss a class unexpectedly, you can make it up at any other class on the schedule, so long as there’s room on the day you hope to make-up.

Co-Ed Lifts

We pick things up then put them back down, and we do so with work-hard style.

This get-strong session is open to anyone with a desire to feel strong, and to build that strength in a community of support. An excellent place of camaraderie, sweat, and we-can-do-hard-things energy 🙌.

Grounded

Welcome to your slow-down. This class focuses on developing deep core strength, mobility, + on working through exercise regression. Strengthen your mind-body connection + establish a sense of curiosity with movement in this bodyweight-only class that strays from traditional ‘gym reps’. A great place to land as you work to rehab an injury, develop better mobility, + deepen your own connection to the way your body moves.
